Houses are leased to 8-10 people with 2-3 shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and sitting area. A cleaner comes through and cleans all of the common areas weekly. Lawn care and snow removal is also provided.

Rooms run from $400-500 and are priced by size and if an attached bathroom is included. All utilities included.
