MADISON STREET SCHOOL APARTMETNS
1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments
The Madison Street School Apartments was originally built in 1916 as a school building. In 1989, the property underwent a major renovation and was converted into residential apartments. At that time, north and south additions were also constructed.
The building now contains 38 apartment units, including 14 units in the original school building and 12 units in each of the north and south wings. The unit mix consists of 21 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units. Residents are responsible for unit electric, heat, air conditioning and trash. Onsite laundry and off-street parking is available.
The property is located in Sauk City, Wisconsin, a small community in Sauk County along the Wisconsin River. Sauk City has a historic, river-oriented character, with a mix of residential neighborhoods, local businesses, parks, and recreational amenities.
